The overall build is mostly plastic, with metal used for some internal components, magazines, barrels, and triggers.

Realism Factor: The Umarex XBG and TDP 45 do not replicate any specific real firearm. They resemble modern mid-sized semi-automatic pistols but don't match any particular model exactly. They look realistic but prioritize functional simplicity over mimicking a real firearm's operation. This simplicity likely contributes to their reliability.
