Trigger Action: I was pleasantly surprised by the lightness of the trigger on the Sig Sauer SP2022. Being a double-action-only pistol, it necessitates initial cocking of the hammer through the trigger, typically demanding more effort. However, the trigger pull was lengthier yet exceptionally smooth and light.

Shooting Precision: For an economically priced, short-barreled BB gun, its accuracy was commendable. At a distance of 20 feet, standing freely, I achieved a grouping slightly larger than 2 inches, trending slightly left and high.

Construction Quality: The craftsmanship of the Cybergun Sig Sauer SP2022 Sig Pro was impressive. The combination of a metal slide, polymer frame, and a completely metal, full-size drop magazine provided a balanced and substantial weight, akin to its real firearm counterpart.

Authentic Appearance: The Cybergun Sig Pro SP2022 remarkably mirrors the look, heft, and sensation of the actual Sig Sauer SP2022 Sig Pro. Given its more budget-friendly category, the attention to detail, including authentic licensing and trademarks, was exceptional.

Pros:

  • Solid build and feel, with a good weight.
  • Includes a metal slide and all-metal, standard-sized drop magazines.
  • Accurately replicates the licensed Sig Sauer SP2022.
  • Highly cost-effective.
  • Light double-action trigger mechanism.
  • The magazine accommodates both CO2 and BBs.
  • Recessed barrel enhances realism.
  • Consistent accuracy and efficient CO2 consumption.

Cons:

  • Lacks blowback; the slide remains static.
  • The hammer is purely decorative and non-functional.
  • The rear sight is fixed, with no adjustability.

Comments:

Having acquired the Cybergun Sig Sauer SP2022 along with two other reasonably priced Cybergun models (the Jericho 941 and Sigarms GSR), the SP2022 stands out for several reasons. Its appealing design, satisfactory heft, and inclusion of a metal slide and full-sized metal drop-out magazine make it a standout choice in its price range. The Sig Sauer SP2022 Sig Pro by Cybergun, offering excellent value, comes highly recommended.

Sig Sauer SP2022 Swiss Arms BB

Just got my Sig Sauer SP2022 Swiss Arms BB pistol. Comes in a nice storage box. I modified mine a bit so it holds 3 CO2 powerlets, the Allen Wrench, and a bottle with around 1500 BB's in it. The gun itself is well constructed, looks and feels like a real Sig Pro. Has nice power, the first 10 shots hit hard . Got about 80 shots out of a powerlet, consistent power. Accuracy was great right out of the box. I find a good stiff wrist gives better accuracy with the double action. Hits in a nice little group from 20 ft. Went through a soup tin, not all the way through, but that's pretty good. Plinks pop cans nicely. I kinda wish the hammer moved when you pull the trigger, but that's just esthetics ( I like the better power over looking realistic). The only molded part was the slide catch, and it looks really nice. I love where the safety is, but it has a bit of a tendency to move up (fire position)when you put the gun down on the side with the safety or brush it with your thumb. The recessed barrel opening is nice, it's countersunk about 1/2 inch. Mag release is smooth. The metal slide and clip are nice and solid. The overall finish looks great, well constructed. Showed up 4 days after my order date, so fast delivery. Has a rail for accessories, I'm adding a laser sight. Excellent value for the money. Very happy with the product and would recommend it to others:)

Good value for the money

This gun has a good weight to it. I like the drop metal mag and C02 cartridge in one. Quality is good, doesn't look or feel cheap. Fairly accurate within 20-25 feet and the trigger is fairly smooth, not too light and not heavy. Being a non blowback you will get more shots per C02 cartridge. I just love the feel of this gun and it hits hard. Highly recommended.

Fun and financially feasible

Very realistic, yet blowback would have completed the picture. At 20 feet I can get a 3/4 grouping in the centre dot of target. Trigger is a bit stiff but you can compensate and will have fun. I do need a couple of extra mags though. Loading is not as fun as shooting. I use Daisy steel bbs and they work great. Shooting won't break the bank but does great on tins, bottles and paper. Enjoy!
