Accuracy: I shot 30 feet back using a rested shooting position, sitting with a sandbag up front. I first placed 10 rounds on my paper target in semi-auto and hit the 1.5-inch bullseye with every shot! Since I was using an 11.2-volt bolt battery the rate of fire was crazy fast. Even in full-auto the bulk of the shots still hit the center bullseye, cutting out a 2-inch hole in my paper target. This rifle is a beast that I would not want to be on the receiving end of!

Pros:

  • Full metal frame engraved with G&G trademarks.
  • Extremely compact and lightweight.
  • Based on the G&G CM16 series.
  • Fully automatic/semi-automatic select fire with 300 rd high capacity magazine.
  • Crown flash hider acts as a sound amplifier.
  • M-LOK handguard is highly customizable.
  • Internally upgraded with an ETU and MOSFET.
  • Skeletonized PDW stock provided for close-quarters combat.
  • Equipped with hi-cap M4/M16 style magazine.

Cons:

  • Short RIS provides limited accessory real estate.
  • The metal receiver adds extra weight.
  • Some users find flat triggers less comfortable than curved triggers.
  • No Battery or Charger included

Comments: The ARP 556 is a heavy-weight upgraded version of the ARP 9. This rifle was designed to dominate the CQB arena with a compact full-metal frame, short M-LOK RIS, and a GOS-V5 PDW stock. The flat trigger is paired with an electronic trigger unit, providing unparalleled response time. Unlike the ARP 9, this model is equipped with a 450-round M4/M16 style magazine that also acts as a forward grip. Batteries and chargers not included.

Great gun

I've had this gun for over a year and I love it, very performent for the price with a realistic feel and weight to it. The only thing I would have to mention is that it is loud for an airsoft and be ready to put money into it because it is very performant but not so reliable. (Not for beginners)
