The main White light is ideal for outdoor activities like running, cycling, hiking or camping while the secondary high CRI white Led will create a warmer beam illuminating at only 35 lumens, perfect all your close-up tasks like reading or photography and lastly for all night vision, map reading, hunting etc. there is also an auxiliary red LED.   The headlamp offers 100 degrees of beam illumination and will equally swivel 180 degrees up or down to enable full visibility of surroundings.  The L-shape design also allows it to double as a handheld flashlight when removed from the headband so it can be used as both.
