Customer Reviews for KWC M1911 A1 Tac CO2 BlowBack Airsoft gun

Brand: KWC Air Guns

The 1911 platform is popular and common in that its usage is well known and practiced by many players and easy to find holsters for and the pistol is all metal for great weight and feel. This gun is well put together and one of the best-made guns from KWC we have seen to date, all the control latches and such are crisp and secure.
The 17-round magazine feeds 6mm BBs and takes a 12g CO2 capsule for power; the capsule gives the weapon a VERY hard and loud crack when firing, a strong cycle action, and clocks 0.2g BBs at 390-400 FPS. Adjustable hop-up gives distance!

It's a nice 1911 example

Bought this thing cause it was a cheapest 1911 clone they had on offer. You know, the kind of piece you want for your collection just so you can say you own one. So I'll start with the bad here cause honestly, this thing could be better. First off, it rattles like a baby's toy. The fitment is lacking and magazine design? Don't get me started cause It's horrible! Throw in a sloppy inconsistent slide stop and there you have it. I couldn't even fit cheep eBay 1911 grips on there without a Dremel workout session but that not on the gun. In time, got more acquainted with it... Turns out the finished is a lot more robust than I would have given it credit and once the custom grips were added, it took on a personality of it's own. One that I really liked. It's truly is a nice piece. I don't shoot my airguns/airsoft as much as I'd like but the 4 or 5 c02 canisters taught me that this one shoots rather well. Trigger is good and the action is crisp and Now that I've made it my own, it's grown on me. Good starter for sure, Pat
