SWEET!!!

The M1 itself is a work of art, with fit and finish nothing short of remarkable. It is said to not have a WOOD stock, but it feels and looks just like it does. When I set it beside my 30caliber M1 made by General Motors (war time production), the only difference is that the BB Gun looks newer. The WW2 enthusiasts out there will be happy to know that it will accept a genuine M1 bayonet (if you can find one that is not a replica). The sling and oiler on my real M1 carbine fit great and look good too. The Air Venturi offering is very accurate and feels like the real thing in weight and handling. My only negative thing is that with only one CO2 cylinder in the magazine, and 15 rounds with blowback taking up some of the CO2, I have only been getting 2 magazines plus 5 or 6 rounds out of each canister. That's not a "deal breaker" but you need to have a lot of CO2 around. With the M1, my MP40 and the new M1A1, I started buying CO2 by the case. This rifle is a really sweet deal and should be added to every LEGENDS collection in your arsenal.

M1 Carbine

Got the wood stock version, very nice replica. Once sighted in, it shoots very accurately. The follower was a bit sticky at first, but has loosened up with use. A bit heavy on CO2 use with the blowback, but very fun to shoot. Very satisfied!
