So nice

This is one nice looking pistol! The finish is not to my usual taste, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. There are some minor quality issues with my gun. The slide catch doesn’t always engage properly while handling it unloaded, and racking the slide was rough out of the box. All my other KWC 1911 pistols handle perfectly. I field stripped it and sparingly applied Pellgun oil to the moving parts. The slide catch functions flawlessly while shooting. It engages after the final round and releases without issue, but it still doesn’t always engage while handling the pistol unloaded. Maybe it just needs a bit more break in? It shoots extremely well, as do my other KWC 1911s. It is very snappy and accurate. I recommend this gun!
